Push Up More Than 10 Avoid Heart Disease

A new study finds that men who can not do  10 push up exercise will face  higher risk of heart disease. Let’s try it together, can you do it 10 ? If you can not do at this time, please do not concern, just start from now, it is not too late.

A  study from Harvard University in the United States focused on middle-aged men found that all who can push up more than 40, can reduced the risk of stroke up to 97% in the next 10 years. Men who can push up  21-30 could face 25% increased risk of developing coronary artery disease, For all men can push up more than 10 can also reduce their risk of coronary heart disease but for men can push up only less than 10 will face the risk of coronary heart disease too much.

The research shows  evidence that push up ability is an easy and non-cost method and can help prevent us from the risk of coronary heart disease. 

If can not push up to 10 , please beware of heart disease

The study released based on using data survey from more than 1,000 firefighters in the United States between 2000 and 2007 and medical order records to test for cardiovascular symptoms in the next few decades. The test result also found that firefighters were less likely to develop a heart attack or stroke within next 10 years.
