Advantages And Disadvantages Of Waking Up Too Early

1) Advantages
- Get more work done: According to sharing many experiences, all who get up in the morning (usually between 6:00 am) have more time to work, like can reading books for 15 minutes and doing exercise for around 1 hour and also have enough time to take a shower cleanly, having breakfast before go to work or school. If we do not make it a habit to get up at 6 am but get up at 8 am, we will not be able to do the above work, we will have to hurry to work or school.
- Easy to feel drowsy and fall asleep early at night: When we wake up in the morning, we must feel drowsy at night, which usually we wake up at 6 am and get a good night’s sleep from 10pm at night. If we spend time watching TV until 11 or 11:30 at night, we will feel drowsy when we wake up in the morning, especially between 10: 30am-10: 45am in the morning. Therefore, we can know that watching TV late at night is not only useless, but also affects our work efficiency in the morning.
- Wake up with full energy: At the same time, we have a habit of getting up in the morning more regularly, trying to get up while asleep is also easier, we feel better and more energetic.
2) Disadvantages
- Make Feeling bad in the afternoon: If we get up too early in the morning, we will feel very sleepy at noon. But fortunately, we can solve the problem of drowsiness at noon, just exercise or walk a lot is able to solve
- Difficulty waking up in the weekends: Based on past experiences, we will notice if we have a habit of getting up early in the morning, especially on work day (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays on Thursdays, Fridays), even if we try to get up early, we will still feel less energetic because it may involve the energy we release on the first day of the week. Therefore, when it comes to the weekend, it will be even harder to get up.
